Franco Mannella to lead dubbing masterclass in Abruzzo

Arotron has announced the first high-level dubbing masterclass in the Abruzzo region, scheduled to take place in Pianella on October 10 and 11, 2026. The event will be led by Franco Mannella, an award-winning actor, director, and voice artist known for his work on international productions such as ‘Modern Family’, ‘Wallace and Gromit’, ‘Madagascar’, and ‘American Dad’.

Designed specifically for professional actors, the masterclass aims to refine microphone techniques and explore the psychological and emotional aspects of voice acting. Mannella described the initiative as a way to provide professionals with a rigorous discipline that translates theatrical talent into cinematic and sonic performance.
