Franco-Nevada invests A$200 million in Bullabulling Gold Project

Franco-Nevada Corporation has announced a significant expansion of its financial support for the Bullabulling Gold Project in Australia. Through a wholly-owned subsidiary, the company has entered into an agreement to acquire a A$170 million (approximately US$122 million) gross royalty from Minerals 260 Limited.

In addition to the royalty acquisition, Franco-Nevada has agreed to subscribe for A$30 million (approximately US$22 million) of Minerals 260's ordinary shares as a lead order in a future equity raise. This new royalty increases Franco-Nevada's existing 2.45% gross royalty interest in the project to 3.90%, while also expanding its area of interest.

These transactions bring Franco-Nevada's aggregate financing support for Minerals 260's development of Bullabulling to A$420 million (approximately US$300 million). This follows a previous A$220 million financing package provided in February 2026. The project is currently ahead of schedule, with gold production potentially beginning as early as late 2028.
