Frane Džaja wins Bačetlon 2026 in Split

The 14th annual Bačetlon competition took place at Bačvice in Split, attracting a diverse group of local and international participants. Frane Džaja secured first place in the men's category with a time of 29 minutes and 35 seconds, followed by Karlo Štimac and Toni Stipišić.

The event saw record-breaking female participation this year. Marija Stipišić Vuković led the women's competition with a time of 39:05, while Jasna Maričić and Ivana Siničić took second and third place, respectively. Organizers also presented awards to Borko Prvan and Zlatan Lizde for their contributions to sports culture and the promotion of the event.
