Frank McCourt lists Florida villa for $125 million
Frank McCourt, the owner of the French football club Olympique de Marseille (OM), has put his Boca Raton, Florida, estate on the market for $125 million. If sold at this price, the property would set a new real estate record for the city, surpassing the previous high of $75 million.
McCourt purchased the property in 2024 while it was still under construction and completed the works in 2025. The expansive residence features approximately 1,670 square meters of living space, seven bedrooms, two offices, a gym, a guest house, and a 24-meter mosaic pool. The estate also includes a dock capable of accommodating a 30-meter yacht.
The decision to sell is reportedly driven by family preferences. McCourt’s family has become focused on equestrian sports and currently resides primarily in Wellington, Florida. The sale is a private real estate transaction and is not connected to the finances or ownership of Olympique de Marseille, which club officials maintain is not for sale.
