Frankfurt child injured in sidewalk bicycle collision

A three-year-old child sustained minor injuries following a traffic accident in the Nordend district of Frankfurt am Main.

According to police reports, the incident occurred around 8:25 PM on Tuesday on the Eckenheimer Landstraße. A 70-year-old man was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk when he collided with the child, who was using a balance bike. The child received medical treatment on-site and was subsequently released into the care of their parents. Local authorities have filed a report regarding the accident.
