Frankfurt plans new 170-meter skyscraper at Gallusanlage

A new skyscraper project is planned for Frankfurt's Gallusanlage. The winning design by Ferdinand Heide Architekten features a bronze-colored office tower reaching up to 170 meters in height, alongside a 67-meter residential tower. Both structures will be situated on a shared base.

The ensemble is designed to include public amenities such as a forum, restaurant, bar, exhibition spaces, an event hall, and a rooftop garden. A passage is intended to connect Neckarstraße with Taunusstraße. The project aims to minimize visual impact on the protected Silberturm. The total gross floor area is expected to be approximately 93,500 square meters, with roughly 60 percent dedicated to office space.
