Frankfurt police arrest dozens during Max Korzh fan celebrations

Police in Frankfurt arrested 63 people and issued numerous dispersal orders following several days of celebrations surrounding a concert by Belarusian musician Max Korzh. The event, held at Deutsche Bank Park, drew approximately 27,000 attendees.

Unsanctioned gatherings occurred throughout the city starting Thursday. Around 500 fans gathered near the Zeil, where police intervened due to the use of pyrotechnics and moshpits. On Friday, approximately 2,000 people gathered at Hafenpark after coordinating via social media. During this gathering, an intoxicated individual fell into the Main river but was able to climb out and receive medical attention.

Authorities reported repeated instances of unauthorized fireworks and pyrotechnics being launched from crowds at various locations, including the Flößerbrücke. Police intervened multiple times to manage crowds and maintain public safety.
