Franklin County and Frankfort law enforcement activity reports

Law enforcement and emergency services in Franklin County and Frankfort reported various incidents throughout early August 2026.

In Franklin County, the Sheriff’s Office responded to several calls including reports of speeding, erratic driving, and a theft complaint. Other incidents involved a disabled vehicle on Farmington Falls Road, a trespassing complaint involving an aggressive solar salesman in Industry, and traffic control assistance for livestock on Farmington Road.

In Frankfort, police and fire departments responded to a range of calls including motor vehicle accidents, both with and without injuries. Notable reports included a stolen vehicle, a fraud complaint at a PNC Bank, a missing 15-year-old male who was later located, and an assault at a Panera Bread drive-thru. Authorities also addressed reports of intoxicated drivers and a drug offense.
