Franklin Nogueras Jr wins motocross heats in La Vega

Franklin ‘La Bestia’ Nogueras Jr secured victories in the high-capacity categories during the fourth scoring event of the national motocross championship held in El Pino, La Vega.

In the MX-1 expert category (450cc), Nogueras Jr won both heats, finishing ahead of Argentina’s Lautaro Toro in second, Joshua Holsteinson in third, Eduardo Morales in fourth, Kevin Ceballos in fifth, and Jossiel Ismaury Brito in sixth. In the MX-2 expert category, Nogueras Jr overcame an early setback in the second heat to overtake Holsteinson and secure first place in both rounds.

Other category winners included Jorge Isaac Suárez in Pre-experts, Ariel Lora in Master A, Tirso Martí in Master B, and Randy Liriano in the 85cc class. The event was sanctioned by the Dominican Motociclismo Federation.
