Frans Bauer to celebrate 40-year career with concerts at Rotterdam Ahoy

Dutch singer Frans Bauer has announced two special concerts at Rotterdam Ahoy to celebrate his 40-year career anniversary. The shows, titled ‘40 jaar, samen met jou’, are scheduled for April 9 and 10, 2027.

During the performances, Bauer will be accompanied by a live orchestra and dozens of dancers. The setlist is expected to include his greatest hits as well as lesser-known tracks from his career. The concerts will also commemorate the 25th anniversary of his hit song, ‘Heb je even voor mij’. Guest artists will appear during the shows, though their identities have not yet been disclosed.

Bauer, who holds the record for the most solo performances at Rotterdam Ahoy, announced the news during a press event at the SS Rotterdam. Official ticket sales are set to begin on September 14, 2026.
