Fraser Valley hosts annual record fair and writers festival

The Fraser Valley is set to host two distinct community events this November. The fourth annual Fraser Valley Record Fair will take place on November 1 at the Princess Armouries in Chilliwack. Organized by Ryan Wugalter and Evan McDowell, the event features approximately 30 to 35 vendors offering vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, and vintage music memorabilia.

Additionally, the 19th annual Fraser Valley Writers Festival will be held at the University of the Fraser Valley starting November 5. The three-day festival includes an open mic session, workshops, and live podcasts. Keynote speakers for the event include former Minister of Justice and Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould, as well as CBC News journalist Justin McElroy.
