Fratelli d'Italia councilor denies alliance with Agrigento mayor

Pasquale Spataro, a municipal councilor for Fratelli d'Italia in Agrigento, has clarified his position regarding the current administration. Spataro stated there is no political dialogue or alliance with Mayor Michele Sodano, dismissing suggestions of a new political equilibrium aimed at securing positions.

He emphasized that while his party is willing to collaborate on measures that are beneficial to the city of Agrigento, they reject “unnatural alliances” created solely for political office. Mayor Sodano has also maintained a similar stance, distinguishing between institutional cooperation and any potential political agreement with center-right parties.
