The DFB has announced the schedule for the 2025/26 Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga season. The opening match is set for Saturday, September 6, at the Allianz Arena, featuring defending champions FC Bayern München against Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The match is scheduled for 17:45 and will be broadcast live on ARD, MagentaSport, and DAZN.

Due to an expansion to 14 teams, the league will consist of 26 matchdays for the first time. The season is expected to draw significant interest, with expectations of breaking the previous attendance record of 38,365 fans set during the 2022/23 season.
