Fred Sirieix to host new M6 hospitality program ‘Alerte à l’hôtel’

The French television network M6 is launching a new hospitality coaching program titled ‘Alerte à l’hôtel: 30 jours pour tout relancer’. The show is an adaptation of the British format ‘The Hotel Inspector’ and features two experts tasked with assisting struggling hotel owners.

Fred Sirieix, a French maître d'hôtel originally from Limoges, will serve as one of the primary experts. Sirieix has established a significant television career in the United Kingdom, appearing on programs such as ‘First Dates’ and working alongside Gordon Ramsay on ‘Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip’. He will be joined by Pauline Petta, the director of Domaine des Hautes Fagnes in Belgium.

The program involves a 30-day immersion period where the experts scrutinize every aspect of an establishment, from reception and guest rooms to dining services, to implement an action plan for business recovery.
