Freddie Meredith joins Saturday Night Live UK cast for season 2

Saturday Night Live UK has announced that comedian and actor Freddie Meredith will join the cast for its second season. Meredith, recognized for his roles in ‘Such Brave Girls’ and ‘Big Boys’, joins the ensemble following a nomination for the Edinburgh Comedy Award for best newcomer.

Meredith joins a returning cast that includes Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi, and Paddy Young.

The new season is scheduled to premiere on September 12, hosted by Jeff Goldblum with musical guest CMAT. The upcoming run will consist of six episodes airing on Sky TV and NOW throughout the autumn, before a scheduled hiatus returning in early 2027.
