Poland offers free bike safety checks in Niepołomice and deep discounts on electric city bikes

A free bike inspection event will take place on 30 June in Niepołomice, Poland. Residents can bring any bicycle for a basic technical check covering brakes, gears, wheel alignment, tire pressure and more. After the inspection each owner receives a service card with the condition report and recommendations. Selected minor repairs such as brake or gear adjustments, tube replacement and other small fixes are offered at a 50 % discount.

Separately, an online retailer is promoting a large price cut for the R‑Raymon Metmo Select CB electric city bike. The model’s price is reduced from 14 299 zł to 6 999 zł, a saving of 7 300 zł. The bike features a 250 W Yamaha motor, a 504 Wh battery promising up to 100 km range, hydraulic disc brakes and a 27.9 kg aluminium frame. Delivery is free, with an optional assembly fee of 199.90 zł.
