Free health screening campaigns launch in Bucharest and Satu Mare

As part of the "Open Streets – Bucharest" weekend event, the Association of Patients with Liver Diseases in Romania (APAH‑RO) organized the "Your Liver Matters!" campaign on Calea Victoriei. Volunteers and doctors provided information on hepatitis prevention, testing and liver‑health protection in observance of World Hepatitis Day.

In Satu Mare, the youth organisation TSD, together with the local PSD, ran the "Health First" campaign. Doctors Iulian Pfau Sălăgeanu, Cristian Dăscălescu and Ionuț Buteanu offered free blood‑pressure and glucose measurements and counseling on cardiovascular and metabolic disease prevention, stressing the importance of regular check‑ups and healthy lifestyle choices.
