Free Music and Circus Shows Celebrate Local Talent in Brazil

On August 10, the Teatro Adamastor in Guarulhos hosted the 41st edition of the free project Mulheres que Cantam. The event featured singers Carolina Frade, Nyna Ramos, Anne Beatriz and Livia Pires, highlighting female musical talent and offering open access to the public.

Two days earlier, on August 8, the Sesc Nogueira arena in Petrópolis presented the free circus‑poetry show Entre Truques e Poemas. Created by the Casca Trupe duo Miguel Rosa and Rodrigo de Abreu, the performance blended humor, acrobatics and audience‑driven poetry, with sign‑language interpretation for accessibility.
