Bydgoszcz’s Mill Island Hosts “Rzeka Muzyki” Concerts with Dizzy Boyz Brass Band and Anna Jantar Tribute

The free‑admission “Rzeka Muzyki” series continues on Wyspa Młyńska (Mill Island) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. On July 26 the Dizzy Boyz Brass Band performed a blend of New Orleans brass sounds and popular entertainment hits, drawing a wide audience.

The next concert, scheduled for August 2, will honor classic Polish singer Anna Jantar. Performers from the Bydgoszcz Academy of Music—including vocalists Gabriela Kurzac, Aleksandra Pieczkowska, Julia Borowik and instrumentalists Maciej Bąk, Michał Chojnacki, and Marek Krause—will present new arrangements of Jantar’s repertoire, continuing the series’ goal of inter‑generational musical exchange.

Both events are organized by the Fundacja Rozwoju Pasji JoseSong and are free to the public, reinforcing the community‑focused nature of the summer concerts.
