Free Summer Festivals in Tokyo and Saitama Offer Dance, Health and Music

Tokyo’s Ikebukuro West Exit Park will host a free‑entry “Dance Diet Fest 2026 Summer” on July 20. The event features a digital stamp rally via a new official app, a dance stage with about 200 performers, healthy‑focused kitchen‑car food stalls and a prize draw for participants.

Saitama’s new‑city GMO Arena and adjacent Keiyaki Plaza will hold the FM NACK5 “NACK KEYAKI ON‑DO” summer festival from July 31 to August 2. The three‑day program includes daily performances by radio show hosts—BEAT SHUFFLE, FAV FOUR and GOGOMONZ—offering DJ sets, mini‑live music, dance acts, comedy and merchandise stalls, all with free admission.
