Freedom Holding Corp. expands into global digital ecosystem

Timur Turlov, founder and principal shareholder of Freedom Holding Corp., has overseen the expansion of his company from a brokerage firm into a diversified digital ecosystem. The holding company now operates in 24 countries and serves approximately 14 million users.

Freedom Holding’s revenue has seen significant growth, reaching $2.2 billion in fiscal 2026 and approximately $2.05 billion in fiscal 2025. As of the first quarter of fiscal 2027, assets under management exceeded $14 billion. A central component of this growth is the Freedom SuperApp, which integrates banking, brokerage, insurance, and various consumer services into a single platform.

Beyond financial services, the group is expanding into lifestyle and technological infrastructure. This includes travel services, event ticketing via Ticketon, and the development of industrial-scale data centers such as Akashi Data Center and Freedom Cloud. The company also engages in ESG-oriented investments, reporting approximately $57.6 million in such initiatives for fiscal 2025.
