freee K.K. adds reservation management features to web version

freee K.K. has announced the addition of reservation management functions to the web version of ‘freee Reservation’. This update allows businesses to handle the entire workflow—from building a reservation site and receiving bookings to managing them—directly through a web browser.

Previously, while service and business hour management were available on the web, users had to switch to a smartphone application to confirm, edit, or cancel bookings. The new web-based features include a calendar view and detailed status management, enabling more efficient operations via PC. This integration aims to reduce the need for switching devices and allow business owners to focus more on customer service rather than administrative tasks.
