Freenet revenue rises to 1.51 billion euros in H1 2026

Freenet reported a 24.7 percent increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching 1.513 billion euros. This growth was primarily driven by the integration of mobilezone Deutschland.

Despite the revenue rise, adjusted EBITDA fell by 5.9 percent to 242.2 million euros, and adjusted free cash flow decreased by 4.2 percent to 155.2 million euros. These declines were attributed to a previously announced agreement with a mobile network operator, which impacted the results by approximately 22 million euros.

The company's total customer base in mobile and IPTV reached 10.136 million. The IPTV segment, centered around waipu.tv, saw significant growth, with adjusted EBITDA increasing by 36.5 percent to 18.5 million euros due to a rising subscriber count of 1.832 million. Freenet confirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting an adjusted EBITDA between 500 and 530 million euros.
