FreeStyle Football 2 Prime Open Beta Launches with Cross‑Play Test

Joycity and WOORE Studio have opened the Prime Open Beta for FreeStyle Football 2, scheduled from 4 to 8 September 2026. The five‑day free trial is available on Steam, PlayStation Network and Xbox, allowing players on PC, PlayStation and Xbox to compete together for the first time. Producer and WOORE Studio CEO Kim Myung Su says the beta is the final major milestone before release, intended to fine‑tune stability, balance and the cross‑play feature based on community feedback.

The beta will run in parallel with a live demo at PAX West 2026, one of North America’s largest gaming conventions. Attendees can try the game at Joycity’s booth while the online test proceeds worldwide, giving the developers broader exposure and additional data to improve the title before its official launch.
