FreJun launches Teler voice AI infrastructure platform

FreJun has launched Teler, a programmable voice platform designed to serve as the infrastructure layer for AI voice applications. The platform acts as a bridge between traditional telephone networks and enterprise AI stacks, enabling software to make and receive calls, stream live conversations to AI systems, and manage call routing via APIs and SDKs.

The launch addresses the growing need for reliable connectivity, low latency, and real-time audio transport as enterprises integrate voice AI into customer support, sales, and scheduling. According to a Deepgram survey, 67% of organizations view voice AI as core to their business strategy, with 84% planning to increase spending in the sector over the next year.
