Fremantle appoints Katie O’Connell Marsh as CEO of Global Scripted Hub

Fremantle announced that veteran entertainment executive Katie O’Connell Marsh will become chief executive officer of its newly created Global Scripted Hub, operating from London starting in autumn 2026. She will report directly to Group Chief Operating Officer Andrea Scorsati and have a dotted‑line to Jens Richter, CEO of Commercial & International, and will sit on the company’s Global Leadership Team.

In her role Marsh will oversee Fremantle’s international scripted portfolio, manage the annual scripted investment budget, direct co‑production financing and guide the distribution of drama and film titles across linear satellite channels and over‑the‑top platforms worldwide. Her previous positions include CEO of Platform One Media and Gaumont Television, Vice Chair of Boat Rocker Studios, and senior leadership roles at DreamWorks Animation, NBCUniversal and Imagine Television.
