Fremantle appoints Sharon Levy as CEO of Americas & Australia

Fremantle has appointed Sharon Levy as the CEO of Fremantle Americas & Australia, effective mid-January 2027. Based in Los Angeles, Levy will report to Fremantle Group CEO Jennifer Mullin and join the company’s global leadership team.

In her new role, Levy will oversee production operations, creative development, talent partnerships, and intellectual property across the United States, Mexico, and Australia. This appointment is part of Fremantle’s global growth strategy and involves regional responsibilities previously held by Mullin.

Levy joins from Banijay, where she served as CEO of Endemol Shine North America. Her previous experience includes overseeing major franchises such as ‘MasterChef’ and ‘LEGO Masters’, as well as scripted projects like ‘Ripley’. She is a Peabody Award recipient and an Emmy-nominated producer.
