Fremantle Dockers prioritize premiership over All-Australian honors

Fremantle Dockers forward Josh Treacy has stated that the club’s primary focus is securing its first premiership rather than individual All-Australian honors. The Dockers recently achieved a club record with five players named in the 23-man All-Australian squad: Treacy, Murphy Reid, Jordan Clark, Luke Jackson, and Shai Bolton.

As the minor premiers, Fremantle is preparing for a qualifying final against Hawthorn at Optus Stadium. The team also faces the departure of small forward Sam Switkowski, who announced his retirement from the sport. Switkowski intends to play out the remainder of the current season before retiring.
