French authorities implement flood protection measures

In the French district of Nueve de Julio, Mayor María José Gentile has inspected preventive works designed to protect the urban center from potential flooding. These measures are being taken in response to meteorological forecasts predicting an intense ‘El Niño’ phenomenon, which is expected to bring heavy rainfall in the coming months.
