French caravan maker Notin launches entry‑level Envol line at Düsseldorf Salon
Notin, the world’s oldest caravan manufacturer based in Panissières on the Loire in France, introduced a new entry‑level range called Envol at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, which runs from 28 August to 6 September. The Envol series, built on a Fiat Ducato chassis, is offered in three floor‑plan variants and is priced from €81,000, aiming to attract a broader German customer base while retaining premium features such as natural wood décor, a two‑burner gas stove and a 152‑liter compressor fridge.
German distributor Eura Mobil, which has handled Notin’s sales in Germany for the past year and a half, is using the show to expand the brand’s presence after historically limited exports of its handcrafted caravans, which total just over 300 units a year. While Notin’s flagship models remain high‑end at €380,000, the Envol line is positioned as a more accessible yet still upscale option for the German market.
