French companies raise 2026 outlooks following strong third-quarter results

Several major French corporations have revised their 2026 financial targets upward following robust third-quarter performance.

Sanofi raised its 2026 objectives for the second time this year, driven by strong sales of its flagship drug Dupixent, which grew 34.8% at constant exchange rates. The pharmaceutical group now anticipates revenue growth of 10% to 13% and earnings per share growth of 14% to 16% at constant exchange rates.

Capgemini also increased its 2026 revenue growth forecast to between 9% and 9.5% at constant exchange rates, supported by a 12.6% increase in third-quarter revenue. CEO Aiman Ezzat noted strong momentum in North America, the UK, and France.

Mersen reported record third-quarter revenue of 329.2 million euros, a 15.7% increase, leading the industrial group to raise its annual outlook. Growth was bolstered by the Electrical Power division, which benefited from demand in data centers and green transport.

Spie confirmed its 2026 financial targets after seeing production growth accelerate to 13.7% in the third quarter. The electrical and mechanical engineering specialist expects to reach new records in both total production and operating margins.
