French construction firms NGE and Eiffage announce major infrastructure projects

French construction companies NGE and Eiffage have announced significant infrastructure projects. NGE, through its Uruguayan subsidiary Saceem, has completed the delivery of 10 kilometers of dikes in the Lambayeque region of Peru. These structures, located on the Motupe and La Leche rivers, are designed to protect approximately 16,000 residents from flooding caused by the El Niño climate phenomenon.

Separately, Eiffage has secured hospital construction contracts in France totaling 132 million euros. The projects include a 38,400 square meter medical-technical platform at the Angers University Hospital, valued at approximately 109 million euros, and a new hospital center in Avallon valued at roughly 31 million euros. The Angers project aims for high environmental certifications and is expected to be delivered by late 2029.
