French cultural updates: Kandinsky republication and new musical

Editions Verdier is republishing an autobiographical text by Wassily Kandinsky. The publication follows an exhibition titled ‘Kandinsky face aux images’ at the LaM museum in Villeneuve d’Ascq, which explores the artist's approach to color and abstraction.

In a separate cultural event, the musical ‘La Revanche des Doudous’ by the company La Petite Octave is scheduled to perform at Espace Galilé in Saint-Jean-de-Linières on September 26. Directed by Arthur Goux, the satirical production uses dark humor to depict a revolution of stuffed toys against humanity.
