French firms report revenue growth and debt restructuring

Eiffage (EPA:FGR) released a regulatory press release showing that APRR's consolidated revenue excluding construction reached €1.564 billion in the first half of 2026, a modest 0.6% increase from the same period in 2025, with slight variations in traffic volumes for light and heavy vehicles.

Accord Financial Corp. (TSX:ACD) announced that holders of its unsecured 12% subordinated debentures approved a deep modification of the instruments. The changes extend the original July 31 2026 maturity to October 31 2031 (or October 31 2027 if a senior credit facility is not refinanced by Dec 31 2026) and cut the interest rate to 7% from July 31 2026. Additional adjustments affect the “Hitzig bills” held by the CEO and family, aligning them with the debentures and lowering interest to 0% for two years.

Casino Guichard Perrachon (EPA:CO) reported that its revolving credit facility (RCF) and Quatrim creditors have extended their consents and the maturity of operational financings to September 24 2026 (RCF Monoprix to September 29 2026). The group also indicated it will defend its rights before the Paris Economic Court against actions by TLB lenders seeking to terminate its safeguard plan.
