French music and arts festivals announce upcoming programs

Two distinct cultural festivals are scheduled to take place in France.

The Radiance festival returns to the Pigalle district from September 15 to 17. Hosted at La Boule Noire and La Cigale, the third edition features fifteen emerging artists across three distinct musical themes. The programming includes rap, neo-soul, and R&B on the first night; indie rock, pop, and electro on the second; and hyperpop, futuristic rap, and bass music on the final night. The event emphasizes diversity, safety, and environmental sustainability.

In Balleroy-sur-Drôme, the Les Pieds sur Terre festival, organized by the association Ultrabutane 12-14, will run from September 11 to 13. The program features a variety of performances, including rock and metal concerts, shadow theater, burlesque musical shows, and a cappella choral performances.
