French musical tributes planned for Johnny Hallyday

Multiple musical tributes to the late French rock icon Johnny Hallyday are scheduled to take place in France.

On November 27, 2026, David Hallyday will perform ‘Requiem pour un fou’ at the Narbonne Arena. The concert is designed as a tribute to his father, featuring a repertoire that blends Hallyday’s classic hits with David Hallyday’s personal interpretations, including the song ‘Sang pour sang.’

Additionally, a large-scale collective tribute titled ‘500 voix pour Johnny’ is set for January 17, 2027, at the Zénith d’Amiens. The performance will feature approximately 500 choristers from the Somme, Oise, and Aisne regions, directed by Xavier Bourguignon and Jean-Michel Guerniou. The event will include soloists Anisha Jo, Charles Doré, Marco Léna, and Cécilia Pascal.
