French pastry chefs unveil 2026 holiday collections
Renowned pastry chefs in France have revealed their dessert collections for the 2026 holiday season.
Pâtissier Pierre Hermé has introduced a collection titled ‘Invisible,’ inspired by the circus arts. Developed in collaboration with artist Dimitri Rybaltchenko, the range pays homage to the precision and discipline of acrobats and performers. The collection features various flavor profiles, ranging from fruity to comforting. The centerpiece is the ‘Pièce d’Exception Invisible,’ a chocolate circus tent structure priced at €680, which houses the ‘Faubourg Saint-Honoré’ log.
Confectioner François Doucet has also launched its holiday offerings, which became available on October 19, 2026. The collection focuses on various festive rituals, including an Advent calendar featuring chocolates and fruit pastes, and ‘La Maisonnette Billes Miel,’ which contains lavender honey spheres from Provence.
