French pastry houses Pierre Hermé and Ritz Paris launch new chocolate collections
French luxury pastry houses are expanding their chocolate offerings. Pierre Hermé is celebrating the Mogador signature flavor, a combination of milk chocolate and passion fruit first created in 1998. The collection features sixteen different creations, ranging from macarons and pastries to viennoiseries and drinking chocolate.
Similarly, Ritz Paris Le Comptoir has launched its first permanent chocolate collection. The range includes chocolate candies shaped like ingots engraved with the Ritz letter, marshmallow bears wearing bellhop hats, and chocolate bars featuring caramel and praline. The collection also includes chocolate tablets and a chocolate-hazelnut spread.
