The French perfume industry is celebrating artistic milestones through new collections and exhibitions. BDK Parfums is marking its tenth anniversary by launching the Studio Collection, which features three highly concentrated perfume absolutes: Stellar Silk, Oud Paradisio, and Silver Ceremony. These scents are inspired by haute couture fabrics and aim to bridge the gap between fragrance, fashion, and art.
In Grasse, the Musée International de la Parfumerie (MIP) is hosting an exhibition titled ‘Une Nuit au Musée’ from September 12, 2026, to March 7, 2027. Photographer Guillaume Barclay is showcasing a series of images capturing iconic perfume bottles using a specialized fiber optic technique. The exhibition creates an immersive experience by juxtaposing Barclay’s dramatic, nocturnal photographs with the original physical bottles from the museum’s collection.
