French political figures announce books for literary season
The upcoming French literary season is set to be heavily influenced by politics, with several prominent figures releasing books centered on the 2027 presidential election.
Key upcoming releases include Sarah Knafo’s “Le Casse du siècle” on September 2, which is described as an investigation into the current system. On September 3, François Hollande will publish “Unir, nouveau monde, nouvelle gauche,” while Jean-Luc Mélenchon is scheduled to co-sign “L’État et la révolution citoyenne” on September 4.
