French prefectures announce leadership changes in cabinet director roles

Administrative leadership changes are occurring within French prefectures. In Saint-Martin, Marie-Hildegarde Chauveau has officially left her position as director of the prefect's cabinet after nearly two years. Prefect Cyrille Le Vély commended her for her management and her work on crisis management, port and airport security, and the prevention of violence against women and juvenile delinquency.

In the Alpes-Maritimes region, Judicaële Ruby has been appointed as the new sub-prefect and director of the prefect's cabinet, succeeding Aurélie Lebourgeois. Ruby, an antiterrorism specialist with a twenty-year career in the police, including roles in the central directorate of the judicial police and the national division for the repression of separatist terrorism, is scheduled to begin her duties in September.
