French students complete historic agrotechnical exchange in Río Negro
Two French students have completed a historic educational exchange program in the Río Negro province of Argentina, visiting various agrotechnical schools. The initiative was organized through a partnership between the provincial government and the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty.
During the program, the students visited several technical centers (CET), including CET 11 in Viedma, CET 14 in Allen, and CET 17 in General Roca. The tour also included visits to CET 26 in Ingeniero Jacobacci, El Manso, and concluded in San Carlos de Bariloche.
Damián Romano, a representative of the Directorate of Technical Education and Vocational Training, noted that this marks the first time such an international exchange has been managed by the provincial state for secondary-level professional technical education. The students reportedly benefited from observing the wide diversity of agricultural productions in Río Negro, which is noted to be more varied than those in France.
