French tech and finance sectors announce key leadership appointments

The French technology and financial sectors are seeing significant leadership changes. Daphnée Papiasse has been appointed as the Director of Public Affairs for Lise (Lightning Stock Exchange). A specialist in regulatory analysis and fintech, Papiasse will manage the exchange's regulatory strategy and representation before French and European institutions, including the European Commission and the European Parliament.

In the startup ecosystem, Bettina Reveyron will succeed Maya Noël as the Director General of France Digitale, effective October 5. Reveyron, who previously served as Social Impact Director at Doctolib, will be supported by Arthur Nègre, who has been promoted to Deputy Director General. Reveyron aims to focus on innovation and competitiveness to help French and European companies scale during upcoming political cycles.
