Frente Renovador targets 14 municipalities in Quinta Sección

The Frente Renovador, led by Sergio Massa, has initiated a strategic territorial reorganization in the province of Buenos Aires. During a recent meeting in Maipú, representatives from all 27 municipalities of the Quinta Sección Electoral gathered to establish a new political agenda aimed at the 2027 elections.

The party has officially declared its intention to compete for 14 municipal leadership positions within the region. This move is designed to strengthen local teams, build technical expertise, and foster leadership from the ground up. The Quinta Sección is a critical electoral zone, containing over 1.3 million voters and representing approximately 9.3% of the total provincial electorate.

By focusing on local presence and regional development, the Frente Renovador seeks to move beyond its role as a junior partner in the broader Peronist coalition. The strategy emphasizes addressing community demands through local management and productive development across the region's diverse economic sectors, including agriculture, tourism, and industry.
