Michael Sen, a member of the managing body at Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, has disclosed a significant acquisition of company shares. On September 7, 2026, Sen acquired an aggregated volume of 196,941.42 shares at an average price of 42.7019 EUR per share via the Xetra exchange.

Separately, Active Ownership Opportunities SCS has reported a purchase of shares in Gerresheimer AG. The transaction, which involved shares related to supervisory board member Klaus Röhrig, consisted of 2,098,692.80 EUR worth of stock at a price of 27.89 EUR per share, executed on September 3, 2026.
