Fresenius raises 2026 earnings outlook on strong Q2 results

Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA reported that Q2 2026 organic revenue grew 5 % to €5.86 billion and EBIT rose 10 % to €719 million in constant currency. The group upgraded its full‑year 2026 core EPS growth guidance to 10‑15 % from the previous 5‑10 % range.

Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA posted the same‑quarter organic revenue increase of 5 % and a 23 % rise in operating income, while completing an initial €1 billion share‑repurchase programme ahead of schedule and launching a second €1 billion programme. U.S. same‑market treatment growth fell 0.9 % due to a referral‑execution gap, whereas international growth rose 0.8 %.

The company also announced that Cassie McLean will become CEO of the Care Delivery operating segment of FMC on 1 August 2026, succeeding Craig Cordola. The appointment is part of broader organisational changes aimed at improving clinic performance.
