Freshuelva appoints Mamen Mingorance as future general manager

The Board of Directors of Freshuelva, the Huelva Association of Strawberry and Berry Growers and Exporters, has appointed Mamen Mingorance Guisado as deputy manager. Mingorance, the organization’s current technical director, is set to become the general manager in January 2027.

She will succeed Rafael Domínguez Guillén, who is retiring after 19 years leading the association. The appointment initiates a transition period designed to ensure operational continuity and an orderly handover. Mingorance will be the first woman to hold the position of general manager since the association was established in 1983.
