FREY finished the period with €800 million of liquidity, including cash and refinancing facilities, and a loan‑to‑value ratio of 39.8%, comfortably below its 45% target. Antoine Frey, President‑Chief Executive Officer, said the results confirm the strategy of concentrating on premium retail parks and outlet villages and that the strong cash position enables the company to pursue growth opportunities across attractive European markets.
