Freya Skye fans face ticketing glitches at Milwaukee concert
Fans attending Freya Skye’s sold-out Stars Align Tour concert at Landmark Credit Union Live in Milwaukee encountered significant ticketing issues on Wednesday night. Many attendees reported that ticket scanners displayed red lights or error messages when attempting to enter the venue.
Reports indicate the disruption affected customers who purchased tickets through both the venue’s primary provider, Ticketmaster, and various third-party resale marketplaces such as StubHub and Vivid Seats. While an industry source cited in local reporting blamed ticket resale for the issues, StubHub characterized the incident as a ‘barcode glitch’ in the event’s ticketing system and stated they are working with the venue and ticketing company to resolve the matter. StubHub also noted they are making affected customers whole.
Live Nation stated that all customers who purchased through Ticketmaster were ultimately admitted. Some fans experienced delays of several hours before being allowed entry, while others reported being turned away initially. The exact technical cause of the barcode failures has not yet been established.
