Friboi launches premium meat collaboration in Gramado

Friboi has launched a gastronomic collaboration with the Chama de Fogo steakhouse in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul. The partnership features an exclusive tasting menu composed of premium cuts from the Friboi 1953 line, including lamb shoulder, picanha, and short rib.

This initiative is part of the AFriboi Food Solutions program, which provides technical support, staff training, and customized product portfolios to the food service market. The collaboration aims to strengthen restaurant operations during the winter season, a period when the state tourism department projects 5.3 million visitors to the region.
